In today’s podcast, I discuss the latest news from Meta. They recently rolled out their new login system called Meta Accounts, which allows users of their Quest headsets to create a separate account login, where previously they were required to have a Facebook account. Users can still opt to sign up with either their Facebook or Instagram profiles or they can just use their e-mail address.
This new login will hopefully reduce some of the pressures they have been receiving on other countries such as Germany, which have been blocking Quest headset sales due to the old Facebook login requirements.
